Yes! I said the exact same thing in my LJ, although perhaps with more words. I wish I could say I told Mike so but he bade me to give him no opinion whatsoever. But I am glad you two came to the exact same conclusion as me. It gives me hope for your taste in movies. ;)
I wish I’d know that for Pirates III. My family was the last ones to leave the theater, but we ended up not finishing the credits because one child had to use the facilities. Apparently, we missed something rawther important…
